The Tennessee grocery industry has had strong interest in supporting education by granting scholarships to students to help with tuition and other college expenses. TGCSA members and member's children who are graduating high school seniors, college students or graduate students are eligible for scholarships through the education foundation each year.
To ensure someone from your company receives a scholarship you can "Create Your Own." To learn how your company can participate click here.
For the 2011-2012 academic term TGEF awarded 146 scholarships worth a total of $164,250.
TGEF recognizes those individuals who participate in each of TGEF's three annual golf tournaments across the state.
